Property Promotion. I'll create professional feature sheets to promote your property including highlights, photos and video. E-blasts will be sent to out-of-town prospects and showcased online via Social Media Ads. I use Social Media targeted ads to the areas Buyers are coming from.
Real Estate Signage. It will be straight and clean with easy to read information so that drive-by buyers can call me for showings.

I will Showcase your property on my sites and my Real Estate Brokerage website which receives thousands of page views per day. I will keep you in the loop, we offer direct feedback options from buyers, emailed property reports and one on one updates.
Qualifying Buyers and Offers. My goal is to pre-qualify the buyer through a reputable lender. I will review offers as they are presented and negotiate on your behalf to reach an agreement favourable and protective for you. In a "multiple offer" situation experience counts.
Closing the Sale. I will monitor and inform you of the progress of the transaction including the satisfaction of all conditions.
